Intitdeauna m-am intrebat unde tragi linia, ca “oficialitate” care are in vedere politici publice, intre partenerii de dialog cu care merita discutat si cei care nu au de ce sa fie invitati la dezbateri. Asta, desigur, presupunand ca inviti organizatii dintr-un spectru mai larg ca sa tii cont in mod real de opiniile lor si nu doar ca sa te acoperi formal. Mi se pare o tema aproape imposibil de formalizat intr-un guidelines cu reguli. Case in point:

The Life organisation has been invited to join a new sexual health forum set up to replace the Independent Advisory Group on Sexual Health and HIV. …
